SUPPORT US
Thank you for your support of Health Projects Center!
Health Projects Center requests your financial assistance to achieve our vision. We seek a community where people age at home with dignity and good health. We seek a community where all people receive supportive health and social services in the least restrictive environment possible.
When you give to Health Projects Center, you help us to support families to live and age at home, with dignity and good health. Through the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center, we support family caregivers as they care for their loved ones with memory loss, dementia or other brain impairment. Our Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) helps older adults maintain their independence at home. Through the Central Coast Area Health Education Center (AHEC) we work to improve access to and the quality of health care for the medically underserved.

Every amount helps, and your contribution is 100% tax-deductible.
If you share our vision, please donate generously to Health Projects Center. With your assistance, we will keep people safely at home by working on 3 levels:
-
We manage health care and supportive services for medically frail low-income elders so they can stay safely at home.
-
We support all family caregivers to provide and sustain quality care to their loved ones, and to take better care of their own physical and mental health.
-
We educate and support the health care workforce to effectively address geriatrics and community-based care.
