Santa Cruz, CA - July 1, 2024 - Health Projects Center (HPC) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded $25,000 from the Community Foundation for Monterey County.
This grant will support HPC’s mission to help people age safely at home by supporting high-quality services and programs in Monterey County and benefit older adults, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
“Older adults are the fastest growing population in the Monterey Bay region,” said John Beleutz, Executive Director at Health Projects Center. “This grant supports our efforts to help people age at home with dignity.”
The $25,000 Community Impact grant was paid from the Frank Pye Smith, MD Medical Facilities Fund, the Margaret L.
